I am Chan Ah Chai, from Ipoh, Perak. I was diagnosed with diabetes (for more than 10 years), a weak heart, fluid retention in the lungs and blocked blood vessels. Therefore, my face was always pale, I was not able to walk fast and I was low-spirited. Although I had followed the doctor’s instruction to take the diabetes medication 3 times, each time 2 tablets, every day, my blood sugar level was still very high. My heart was becoming very weak and the doctor informed me that I had to go for an operation.
